Every year since 2004, the chapter has sponsored the Loco-Motion Cruise-In on State Street in front of the museum. We ask for $5 donation to the museum to enter your vehicle. No charge just to walk around and look at alll of the cars!
The 2013 Loco-Motion Cruise-In will be on August 17, from 12 noon to 3 p.m. Come hungry, as we will offer for sale a selection of sandwiches, chips, and soft drinks that will satisfy your hunger and thirst!
The first 60 vehicles entered receive a "Goody Bag" of useful items. We also have a drawing for a variety of Door Prizes, a Silent Auction for a great selection of merchandise, and a 50/50 drawing! Also, songs about cars and trains will be playing during the Cruise-In!
Plus, the air-conditioned museum, with restrooms, will be open for free (donations are accepted)!
All proceeds from the Cruise-In go to support the museum.
